Delivery Policy
After completing your shopping and paying the product(s) amount the product(s) shipping procedures will start immediately to the address you have specified in the purchase order. You should receive the product(s) at your location within 48 hours.
Delivery Schedule
Our Customer Service Officers will contact you after you have placed your online order, to arrange for your delivery. Delivery is typically made within 48 Hours.
However for peak season period, delivery turn-around time is subjected to the availability of our delivery schedule.
Delivery will be done during office hours. Please provide your preferred delivery address during this period.
Signature upon delivery is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to receive and acknowledge the package at time of delivery, we will arrange with you for a second delivery to be made.
