Warranty and Service Policy
Thank you for choosing ARES as your trusted partner in your journey to total wellness. At ARES, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality products and services and want to ensure you have the best possible experience. To help with this, we’ve outlined our warranty and service policy below.
Coverage Duration:
- Massage Chairs: 10 years from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
- Massagers: 1 year from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
Coverage Details:
- Parts Replacement: Free parts replacement.
- Labor Charges: All labor charges are free.
- Delivery charges: Free for collection, return, or delivery of defective products.
- Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, if any.
- The warranty duration is set as per “Coverage Duration” above by default, unless stated for some other different duration in the invoice.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover tampering, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized maintenance (please refer to “Warranty Exclusions” below).
- The warranty is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not assignable to third parties.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will not apply to the following:
- Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or neglect.
- Modifications: The warranty does not cover any part of the product that has been altered, tampered with, or modified in any way. This includes unauthorized modifications, alterations to the serial numbers, or repairs carried out by non-authorized service providers. Any such actions will void the warranty.
- External Damage: Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters.
- External Faults: Such as wiring and electrical connections and defects caused by using the wrong supply or product in places not designated for electronic appliances, for example places exposed to direct sunlight, dust, and rain.
- Accidental or Intentional Physical Damage: Includes damage caused by accidents, poor storage, or external conditions that negatively impact the product.
Environmental and Natural Factors: Damage caused by natural disasters, civil unrest, fire, theft, spilled liquids, corrosion, environmental conditions, or infestations by animals or insects. - Shipping & Custom Charges: Costs for shipping, freight, delivery, or customs/government fees for international service or repairs.
- Commercial Use: The warranty does not cover use in multi-user organizations, public rental, or profit-generating purposes.
- Non-Defective Items: If no defect has been found or noted after inspection.
- Liability: The warranty does not cover any loss or injury to persons, property damage, or incidental, special, or consequential damages, including direct or indirect losses.
- Non-Operating Items: This includes painting, coloring, accessories, detachable plugs/attachments, and product finishes.
- Upholstery Defects: Upholstery defects do not apply to standard wear and tear issues, such as stains from liquids, gels, or transferable items, poor storage conditions, and/or scratches/abrasions from external bodies/items. A technical evaluation is required to ascertain upholstery defects, and if they are determined thereafter to be the result of a manufacturer defect, defective parts will be replaced.
- Consumables: Items like batteries, filters, which are subject to regular use and wear. For leather and accessories warranty duration is three years.
- Damage during Moving/Shipping: Damage caused during moving/shipping to another location. ARES reserves the right to assess products moved from one location to another. If the damage is found to result from improper relocation, ARES may choose not to cover it under warranty.
Product Repair and Replacement
- Repair or Replacement: In the event of a malfunction, ARES reserves the right to either repair or replace a product with one of a similar kind, quality, and specifications. If a product is replaced, the original will become the property of ARES, and the warranty will continue for the remaining period of the new product.
- Post-Warranty Charges: For products no longer under warranty, a service fee and spare parts costs may apply for repairs, maintenance, or servicing.
30-Day User Verification Period (UVP)
A 30-Day User Verification Period (UVP) is automatically provided for products after repairs by ARES for products WITHOUT any warranty. This period allows customers to verify the functionality of their product after repairs. If the product malfunctions within this period, ARES will repair it at no cost. This also applies to products that experience issues within the last 30 days of their warranty period.
Service Process
If you want to request warranty or after-warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Call or WhatsApp our customer support team at (+971585723990) with your product’s model, serial number, and proof of purchase.
- Inspection: Our team will evaluate the issue and determine the needed parts and service.
- Repair or Replacement: If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will repair or replace it in accordance with the warranty terms. Handled and portable products may be required to be brought to one of our branches.
- Service Shipping: ARES will cover the service shipping cost for warranty-related repairs. However, customers will be responsible for shipping charges associated with non-warranty repairs.
